Bacchus Butterfly

It weighs about 100g and is made from two large, dried figs opened and put together using a filling of walnuts and candied lime. The whole thing is wrapped up in scented lime leaves and tied with juniper twine. It keeps for about a year. The butterfly should be opened on a plate and the figs sliced to eat with desserts, cheeses and dessert wines - 6 pieces
