This sweet syrup is made from an ancient species of rose, the petals of which are particularly fleshy and perfumed, which is grown in the Chianti Classico area without the use of weed-killers or pesticides. An ideal present, it’s the equivalent of giving fifty roses, the number needed to produce a bottle of 200ml. The petals are left to infuse in water and sugar, nothing else is added, no colorants, preservatives or flavourings.

It has a variety of uses, as a sweetener for hot or cold tea, or to prepare non-alcoholic drinks, you can add it to plain yoghurt, fruit salad, or use as a topping for cream desserts, ice-cream or cakes or simply mixed with water as a refreshing drink. 

Six pieces 200ml in heavy, perfume-type bottle.Best keeps for about 1,5 years
