Typical Tuscan soup

The typical peasant soups of Tuscan tradition. The spelt soup is a purée of beans and other herbs including whole Tuscan spelt wheat boiled. The  Ribollita  is a bread soup  with beans, cabbage and other vegetables  which is boiled a second time
