The finest natural and franced pasta

This pasta contains only natural ingredients, water and durum wheat flour; no colorants, flavourings or preservatives. The mixture of durum wheat flours, from southern Tuscany too, and the slow drying process (48 hours against the 20 hours of industrially produced pasta) gives excellent results on cooking and guarantee a product with a unique flavour, enhanced by the combinations with exclusive ingredients which we have introduced. The beautiful, natural colours and exclusive, manual packaging with luxury paper give the product a particularly attractive appearance.
